Removing courses from Edge 830

Is there a straight forward way to remove a bunch of old courses from my device?

The owners manual says to do it one by one on the device itself. I can't do it through Garmin Express or Garmin Connect?

Plug it into a PC or Chromebook and use your files management app and delete the unwanted courses from the Courses folder located in the Garmin folder.
