HR Sensor disconnet during ride SW 9.75

Hello, my HR Sensor disconnect multiple times during my 130km ride. Is there something to solve this.

Also speed sensor disconnect a few times. SW 9.75

Garmin never fixed the sensor disconnect issue they introduced a couple of years ago.

probably they can fix it only with replacement (for an another, newer hw revision with different ant+/bt chip ) , because not all 830s (or 530s) are affected, neither mine which is 3ys old (PCB version #4 , check yours on the bottom of the diagnostic page) with HR, POWER and SPD sensors. or maybe users with Varia (and with other sensors ) have only problem

turn off the unit (so not sleep mode), then press and hold the start button (bottom right) and turn on . to go back normal mode from diag menu press and hold the power button at least 10sec

did you make a factory default reset on your unit and repair/reset everything manually? if not, try it

I get this on most rides. Reconnects on its own, but it is distracting.
