recovery time

I am using edge 830 and FR 245 devices synced, pysio trueup enabled
in morning I did indoor training and recovery time was 2 day, in the same way I have run a little bit, so this activity I have recorder with FR 245 and there was recovery time 6h, so I'm, confused. is this recovery time for type of activity or for device or human body. I expect that even that two activities were registered by two different devices but under one account, I should see recovery time for me. so in this case FR245 should show at least 2 days

1329624 Garmin devices calculate Recovery Time for each activity and is a recommendation for the amount of time you should rest before doing another workout of the same intensity. Its possible that your indoor cycling workout may have a shorter recovery time compared to a run performed on the same day.
