Edge 830 does not read cycling dynamics

Hello,

I recently purchased an edge 830 and Rally xc 200 double sided power meter pedals.

I can’t get my edge to show the cycling dynamics data. I have the dynamics screen displayed but the data is empty. The edge is reading power data.

Using the Wahoo fitness app, I am able to record left/right balance.

I’ve gone through this forum and found it helpful to try different fixes. I’ve reset the power meter and updated the pedal firmware. I’ve tried disconnecting the pedals from any other connections aside from the Edge.

Any other ideas?

How are they connected to your 830? Ant+ or BLE (Bluetooth)? Try Ant+ if you are using BLE.

They are connected via ANT+

They are connected via ANT+. I don’t see an option in the edge menu to unlink the pedals. I removed and reinstalled them to test. I am still getting power readings but the cycling dynamics fields are empty.

rotate the crank , the pedals wake up , then go to the Edge sensor menu, search the Rallys, go into its details and i think there should be a toggle button for cycling dynamics ON/OFF (at least it was in the past with older Vector pedals). if the pedals are not alive, this menu is not available in the Edge , so be sure it's rotated before.
