I recently upgraded from an Edge 810 to an Edge 830 and discovered that the 830 doesn't seem to accept new routes from a smartphone while it's recording an activity. As soon as I end the recording the routes get transferred. So it seems to be some kind of restriction of the 830 while it's recording. It worked perfectly fine with the 810.
I've found similar error reports on the 830 from a few years ago.
Is there a solution to this problem available yet?

Preloading is ok when You know where to go. Sometimes I change my plans, sometimes weather changes them.
