rain changing screen settings

How can I reduce the sensitivity of my EDGE 830. Every ride in the rain and the rain causes the screen to either swipe or change fields, making the device essentially unusable.

There is not a way to adjust the sensitivity. I would suggest locking the screen.

You can lock the screen by pressing the on/off button for a few seconds

by briefly pressing the on/off button, you can also (un)lock (more easily)
