I have noticed that my recently purchased cadence sensor 2 stops recording cadence data if I stop my ride for a period e.g. for a coffee. When I stop for a coffee/lunch I am in the habit of putting the Edge 830 in to sleep mode by pressing the bottom right button followed by the button on the side. I press the reverse of this to wake the Edge 830 up again. After doing this I don't get any Cadence data from the sensor.
Has anyone else experienced this? Am I pressing the wrong buttons?
