Connecting issue with Sram rival etap

Hello. I am using edge830 (firmware v9.50).

The connection between edge830 and sram rival etap is unstable while riding the bike. The sensor is disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. The display of the gear stage on the screen is displayed as 0/0, and the remaining battery level is also displayed as ?, then displayed normally.

All sensor batteries are fully charged.

I deleted all sensors and reregistered many times plus reset edge830.

can anyone help me out?

This sounds like the sensor disconnect bug that Garmin introduced a few firmware releases ago.

(or, how can I use the firmware which you tell me)

I think firmware 9.50 has a problem.
