I use a Garmin Edge 830 and Garmin Venu 2S smart Watch.
I use the Performance Stats/Load Focus to manage my fitness training. A week ago, I was light on Low Aerobic Training, but high on Aerobic & Anaerobic. I followed the Garmin advice to increase my Low Aerobic Exercise and did two (2 hour) sessions on my Static Trainer. Before the first session my Low Aerobic load score was 456. It then rose to 540. After the second session it rose again to 675. My Anaerobic and Aerobic scores were unchanged. I then did a 3rd session (all 3 were over 7 days) and the score for the session was 3.3 with a comment that my low aerobic load had increased. However my actual Low Aerobic score actually dropped to 629 with a comment that I was "de training". Again, my Aerobic and Anaerobic scores remained the same. I don't understand why the Low Aerobic score would drop after a productive session.
Has anyone got any experience of this?
