Recently I've had issues with my Samsung Z Flip 4 connecting to my Edge 830 over BT. So I thought I'd start from a clean slate:
* factory reset my 830
* remove the Edge 830 from my Garmin account
* uninstall my Garmin Connect app from my phone
* remove lingering BT devices from my Samsung phone BT settings
Then I rebooted everything
Going through the pairing process again, I get to the point where I'm asked to confirm the PIN (and do), but it always fails after that.
This worked before - so I suspect either Garmin or Samsung pushed out an update that's triggering this. Is anyone else having issues like this recently with Samsung phones?
