Can I replace grit and flow with something more useful to me? (I find them absolutely pointless)

I have no use for grit and flow, they are the dumbest calculations and I wish I knew that the main screen tries to tell me about them..is there a way to replace it on the info screen while I'm riding to something actually useful?

Just change the field to something else.

Look for MTB/CX in your activity profile. In that menu you can turn off Grit/Flow/Jump Recording.
