Edge 830 Trouble connecting to the server Error code 2050

Device finds the starred routes but gets the server error code 20t0 message when selecting Navigate Route. Have synced device to Garmin Connect, tried uninstalling and reinstalling Garmin Connect but still won't load any routes from IQ (routes in the Navigation menu still load, but no new routes appear in there).

Any other ideas?
