bbbike.org maps do not appear listed on Edge 830

Hi All,

These maps sources are select-able on my Edge 830 and fenix 7X.

https://garmin.opentopomap.org/

But maps generated from

in various formats do not appear in the list of available maps after copying them on to the Edge 830, they work fine on the fenix 7X.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Did you get the "Latin1" versions, the UTF-8 do not work on most Garmin Edges (don't appear in the selectable maps list)

That might be it, I was using UTF-8 with various styles.

Yes, that was it.
I downloaded the Latin1 version and they are loaded on the Edge 830.
