All wireless connectivity is OFF

Recently my edge 830 turned off all wireless connectivity including Wifi, bluetooth and ant+. This means that I cannot connect to my sensors and ride as normal. The phone does not connect neither. The device doesn't seem to search for any device or sensor as if the connectivity was turned off. Indeed the wifi switch in the 'connected features' menu is in off position and cannot be put back to ON position.

I tried many things, including the factory reset. The factory reset worked initially, but after some time the strange behaviour came back. In fact it comes and goes, hard to see any correlation.

The unit is not usable without sensors.

This is in coincidence with a message that I received from the Garmin Connect app that suggested me to 'Get Started' with a new Garmin Bluetooth feature. I did click 'Get Started' as I expected to see some kind of explanation, but the message simply disappeared.

Has anyone had similar problems on Edge 830?

Firmware version is 9.40
