route calculation error

HI all,


Do you guys have a similar problem to me?

After the recent software update (9.4), I get many route calculation errors. While cycling I get many notifications about route calculation error..

Subsequently, the map will continue to follow the designated route on the maps, however, the XX meter & left/right instruction does not work anymore. It is stuck with the last turn, which could be left or right.

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

    Can you confirm that your local "cycle map" is installed and enabled on your Edge? If this is missing it could result in route calculation errors as you're describing. 

    From the home screen of the Edge select ≡ > Activity Profiles > select a profile > Navigation > Map > Map Information.

    If you are missing your local "cycle map" this can be reinstalled using the steps located in the article HERE
