We've only had our 830 for about 1 year 4 months. Today, the touchscreen became unresponsive. It has the latest firmware (9.40) and I can't revert to 9.10 because the touchscreen doesn't work.
Tried resettting/restarting by holding power button for more than 15 seconds...no luck.
Garmin says we need to send it back for $140.00 to get a replacement. hmmmm....
Anyone have any ideas?
