Hi All,
Has anyone had any problems with the garmin speed sensor/830 combination? Mine keeps dropping out and then reconnecting every few seconds. Ive done a firmware update and a fresh battery on the sensor - but wondering if the sensor just gives up after a while and I should get another one?
I had no issues with the same sensor and the garmin 130 for the previous 2 years, but recently updated to the 830 (about a month prior to this problem).
Any suggestions?

There are a good number of current threads on this already. No one has come up with a solution as of yet, other than reverting to an earlier rev of the firmware.
I don't believe in miracles. As I reported such issues in Oct 2020 and it still hasn't been fixed. So don't hold your breath.
Sorry. This is insane. Garmin should not share this kind of nonsense. The person who did should be corrected.

Guessing a year later it’s still not solved as I am having same issues 
Yep i sent a load of data to garmin, but not heard anything back. Got 2 new sensors since i started this thread
