830 and Bontrager FLARE RT auto deceleration function?

Hi,

Can anyone confirm that the RT lights's auto deceleration function works?

In which FLARE's mode? All modes?

I've asked my fellow companions if they see a difference when I brake, but they did not/were not sure. We were testing it during the day.

Mine don't! And I tried it while driving my car with the garmin on, following a route and light connected. Nothing changed in light pattern.
