Incident Detection Not Working With FW 9.30

Having crashed and spent 45 mins laying on the ground waiting for any assistance, then spending time in Hospital.

I can report first hand that Incident Detection doesn't work with the 9.30 firmware.

Unfortunately, the Edge 830 survived the crash. Thanks a lot Garmin.

Interesting, I got 3 false alarms due to braking to stop on my last ride. Yes I'm running 9.30.

I've been getting a lot of false alarms recently when coming to a stop, granted i've been going fast but not to the point of 20mph - Zero!

Damn, I was going 26 mph when I crashed.

I'll remember to crash at sub 20 mph speeds next time, so the Incident Detection kicks in

My experience is, the incident detection detects quite a bit too eagerly (hard braking with brake-induced fork vibration). However, the alarm requires phone connection so did you have your phone with you, in range for the Edge and both connected to each other?
