Bluetooth connection with samsung A53

Hi,

i cannot proceed successfully the bluetooth connection with my samsung A53. During the pairing process the BT is ok but impossible with the BLE and due to this the process fails.

i removed the application and reinstalled it on my phone without any success? What should i do? Any idea?

On the Samsung s21 ultra, the bluetooth connection to the garmin connect is also constantly lost.

Have you tried using a different phone?

Hi,

as I changed my A5 samsung (I don't have it anymore and it worked with that one) by the samsung A 53, i can't say...
