Pauze to Start when i take the garmin insite and leave it on table

Hi,

Garmin Edge 830
Software 9.10
GPS version 4.8.0
TSC version 0.24.00

When i stop cycling the garmin automaticly go to Pauze.
But when i leave it on the table (insite) it switch from start to Pauze many times. So when it is on the table i still make kilometres.

This is normal with GPS devices.

You can do the following: stop > sleep > wake up > return > start

Yes. When the Edge has poor satellite reception, the position it calculates can vary making it think it's moving when it's not. I set Auto-pause to a custom speed, typically 8 kph, rather than leave it set to "When moving". I find this makes Auto-pause work more reliably.
