Frozen Touchscreen - Need a hard shutdown. ???

Garmin 830 touchscreen frozen on IQ (Strave Routes>, Best Bike Split>, Trailforks>) page. 

Will not respond to power, start/stop, or lap buttons.   

Is there a way to hard restart the unit? 

Literally, it is frozen with no response.
