Import Strava segments to Edge 830?

Hi, guys

Is it possible to upload Strava segments to Edge devices without Strava Premium membership? I use Google Chrome addons "GPX Export" to download segments (gps and tcx extensions) but that is impossible to upload it on my Garmin Connect profile (picture in attachment). Any idea how to to that?
