It seems that my Edge810 is stucked in a diagonostic screen and I'm not able to get out ofcthis mode. The buttons aren't stucked.

I've been using the Edge 810 for a while and all the sudden when I turn it on, it takes me to the diagnostic mode and I can't get out of it. I have tried to perform a factory reset and still no luck. Can someone advise how to exit from diagnostic mode?

Check that the activity start/stop recording button is not stuck down.

No comment or help from garmin. 810 still stuck. Won't connect to pc either .

Getting in to the test mode happens if one of the buttons on the front is held down or stuck down. Check that both buttons operate freely.

They look fully functional and not stuck, even on the test mode looks fine.

The other option is to open the cover to check that is not the case? I'm running out of options

Did you ever sort this problem? I've had the same issue for 3 days now. No button is stick. Just infuriating.
