Issue for import datas Edge 830 to Garmin Connect

Hello,

I have a Edge 830.

My GPS is connected to my phone (Samsung S20+) via Bluetooth.

When I did a synchro, datas are not imported in Garmin Connect.

How to solve this issue ?

A work around is to plug the Garmin into a computer running Garmin Express.
