Dropouts continue

I continue to have issues with my Edge830.  I downgraded tonight to 8.10 so will report on how that helps or not shortly.

One thing I did seem to see in an experiment was that if I put the sensors in my hand and held them right next to the Edge830 head unit, then the drop-outs seemed to stop.  Not sure what that could mean unless Garmin did something to ANT+ interfacing with the firmware upgrade.

    Did You try to remove all sensors from the Edge, turn off completely, and turn on, and repair everything and test again? just for curiousity.

    I would say that unless you keep your Edge in a Faraday cage, a distance of several feet likely has nothing to do with dropouts. It's more likely just confirmation bias.

    My edge has experienced an increased frequency of sensor dropouts/reconnects since 8.30 though, so you probably aren't imagining them.
