Touch screen unresponsive

Since the last update it seems that the touchscreen becomes unresponsive. It’s happened to a couple of people in my group. Sometime just locking and unlocking the touch screen clears the problem but not always.

Has anyone seen this?

Yes, after exposure to the sun. Maybe a temperature sensor thing? However the remote works fine.
