Edge 830 & Sram RED etap

My Garmin Edge 830 (Firmware 8.20) always loose and find again SRAM RED Etap Sensor. Almost every second, it connects to the SRAM Sensor and one second later, it loose the connection again.

What can I do?

Same here, although it does not affect actual performance and functioning whilst riding, just pops up an alert on my 830.

Don't know. My Etap sensors have always worked fine with my Edge 830 (8.20 and all former versions).

I've had my 830 since mid-2019 paired with eTap and the only strange thing it does is if I change an eTap battery and put it back into the system, the 830 always thinks I'm in the small chain ring (I have the 830 display what gear I'm in such as 50-26, etc.). Have you tried deleting eTap from the 830 and re-pairing?

The determine if your RED is the problem:

Deconnect your RED and turn of the Garmin.

Install a free bike program on your smartphone, like Jepster. Connect the sensors to it, put your phone in sight, put your bike in a light gear, lift the backwheel, turn a pedal by hand and watch!

I fully charged etap battery, now it disappeared…

But I never hae that problem before…

Work's perfect, I never have one problem
I have configured like they tell me to do when I mount the Red Etap in 2018 and since everything is OK
