Edge 830, software 8.10 - suddenly routes don't work (route calculation error)

Thanks for the update. Checked my version and was on a 6.x version. Have now upgraded.

I´m having the same issue.  Useless /(zero) support from Garmin.  I reset the device, reinstalled all the associated apps, checked that I have the routable maps installed but it still doesn´t work.

Same problem here with edge 830. I reported this 1st week of june.  route recalcualtion error.  Useless support.  I proposed to ship my garmin to their place for repair.  The support is non committal.  2 months.  I did remove the folders, reset, etc etc.  same recalculation error.   Their engineers can not reproduce the error. So what I got is a lemon device.

have you reinstalled the maps?

Actions done below several times since the error occurred.  Unfortunately, still same issue(s)

Perhaps check that the relevant routable map is still enabled after the reset and reinstallation process

Maybe try disbaling all the Garmin maps and use a map from here: https://extract.bbbike.org/

You will need a Latin format Garmin map.
