Software ver 8.10. Recently my Edge remote has become intermittent. I incorrectly assumed it was the battery but I have replaced that twice. It quickly pairs and then some minutes into a ride it is unresponsive. I'm getting red flashes that indicate the command was not successfully sent. Then a little later it will work a few times and the fail. I have removed it. Re-paired it. I don't know if the remote is defective of there is a recently introduced software bug. Up until a few weeks ago it worked perfectly. Turning off Bluetooth on my phone seems to resolve it which is not an acceptable solution. This seems to be the same issue that was previously reported and resolved via software update with the 1030 almost two years ago.
