Garmin Edge 830 Frozen and lose of all sensors

Yester day my 830 froze and lost all sensor connection at the 12 Mile stage and was unable to down load my ride to Garmin Connect anyone got a solution?

Can you see the ride log file in the Garmin\Activities folder when you plug it into a computer.

Thanks will try this when I get home. Do you know if there's a fix for this problem

Is it still frozen? If not use again and see if the problems comes back. If it does put in a support ticket with Garmin.
