830 system clock error

Hello.
I have the device for about 1 year. and it has always worked correctly.
Last weekend the time was changed here in Spain .....
And I have observed that the device did not update it for me (it continued with the previous hour -1) and other colleagues did (and I have carried out more than 3 activities abroad).
Today I have made a factory reset and when it has started -5h mark with respect to the local ...
I have no way of correcting it.

I have synchronized with garmin mobile phone connection and it has also gone abroad to get a gps signal (I have tried to change satellite)

Please help
