Garmin Connect can't import activity from Edge 830

Hi,

I recorded an activity yesterday. Went MTB'ing for a good 40 kilometers. Seemed to have saved the ride, showing a summery and estimated recovery time.

When trying to upload to Connect or Strava an error pops up indicating the file ends abruptly and can't be imported.

I have tried a few online repair tools to no avail.

Is there anyone who could help?

Seems something happened at about 35 minutes into the ride as that is the abrupt stop

The event log only has a Start event and no stop event.

And 1 erroneous timestamp.

Unfortunately, this is all that I could recover, as there is no data after 8.5 km.

If this happens frequently, consider keeping the number of files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system to a minimum using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device If you delete the files in your activity folder with a Mac computer, then empty the trash folder before you unplug your device from the computer.
