How to reinstall the map(s) that were installed by default?

I don't really know how I deleted the default map (Europe I guess, since I'm from France), but the fact is that I did. I didn't find the way to get this map installed back? On Garmin Express in "Tools and content" and "Bought" (I'm not sure about the wording, I'm guessing from the french interface) there is nothing. Which is understandable, I didn't buy them specifically.

How could I do?

If you Go onto the first page of the Forerunner in Express, there should be a mal section where still the baseman’s for the rest of the world are visible. It’s also the place to reinstall or update maps. Isn’t it listed there?

I can't find where it could be on the homepage. See here the screenshots.

If I connect my Edge 830 and browse to Garmin/ directory, there is no big map for file.
