Ftp test crash

Hello,

I started an FTP test on my EDGE 830 paired with a Kineric R1 smart trainer. After a completed the step 4 of the test, the screen is closing as if it was complete. The test has 7 steps. Results are not accurare. The FTP resulted is way less than it should be.

I try to take the test 4 times and each time the screen closes at the same time, after step 4 is complete.

Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong or if  someone else had this problem.
