Navigation no white arrow

When navigating a course the naviagtion screen is not showing me anore the white arrows on the turns. the street name and arrow on the top of the screen have also disappeared. I also don’t get anymore the distance and time to the next turn. So in general I don’t get any navigation information anymore on the card. I only see the purple line from the course. I general want to have the screen like on the picture.

everything in blue has disappeared at my device.

I have had this. Sometimes the navigation prompt disappear for a certain time. They will likely start working again at some point. Scroll through the list of turn prompts and you will see where they stop…

I have had this. Sometimes the navigation prompt disappear for a certain time. They will likely start working again at some point. Scroll through the list of turn prompts and you will see where they stop and reappear. All you can do is follow the purple line while they are missing.

The big white arrows is what Garmin calls "turn guidance".

It might be that you have disabled it on your device.

The setting for that can be changed using the menu button (three horizontal lines) at the lower right of the course list.
