Smart Notifications not working - Android

Mine Edge 830 is not receiving SMS , Messenger or Whatsapp notifications only calls are shown to me.

Smart Notifications are on under my phone ( Oppo Find X2 Lite) and all devices are up to date as the Garmin Connect app for Android.

I've tried to remove and reinstall the app, unpair my Edge 830 and nothing solves the issue.

Any ideia how to solve it ?

Thanks it guide me to almost "solve" the issue.

I had to got to GC -> Settings -> Notifications .> App Notifications and disable Smart Applications and every selected app.
Then re-enable…

Then re-enable all and my Edge 830 start receiveing the Whatsapp, SMS and Messenger Notifications as expected.

However if i restart the smartphone i've to repeat the process all over again.
