New Rides created in smartphone not sending to device

I have just purchased the 830 Edge and created two rides on the Garmin Connect App on my iPhone. When you send them to the device only one goes over and when you try and then send the other, it overwrites the first in the Saved Rides menu !! Help as it its really frustrating despite applying the normal IT procedure of switching it off and on again (IT Crowd taught me that)

Make sure the first 15 characters of the route name are different.

Bless you, thanks for this !! they are named the same just dated differently !
