Strava Starred segments not appearing on Edge 830

I have made numerous attempts to rectify strava live segments not appearing on my Garmin 830 while I ride:

- I have selected Strava Segments in Connect and all Strava segments appear in Connect dashboard

- Re authorised and re authorised with my Strava premium account.

- Synced with Garmin Express ( Where it always deletes the segments as in the picture I have posted.

- Upon checking the garmin unit it proceeds to delete all segments.

- I check training and not a single segment is there

- I have enabled segments in the Edge Unit ride profile

- My connection to my iphone during the ride is active

Can anybody assist in getting it to work.

I've repeated all these steps many times with no luck!!

What is the gradient for the segments you are trying to load? If they are -0.3% or less they will not load.

All segments average over 2% gradient

What version of GC are you running? Is it the latest? A few weeks ago GC was not synching routes or segments of you had more than 1 Garmin device paired. Latest version of GC resolves this.

-0.3%? Where did you get that from? If this is true, not one downhill segment will load!

Strava disabled it last year. So no devices will get them.

have the same problem, don't understand why. have written Garmin support but will forward my question to strava
