Standard Holder Fit MTB Bars?

Hey Everyone,

I am considering purchasing an 830. First, how does everyone like it? Should I pull the trigger? I will be using for 50/50 road and mtb, but mainly navigation on the road. I was wondering if the standard bar holder will fit around MTB bars? They sell a separate MTB package, but it seems unnecessary to me.

    The "standard" Out-front mount fits 25.4 and 31.8mm dia bars.  31.8mm is the common diameter of mtb bars near the stem...unless you have 35mm bars.  The Garmin mtb mount will also fit 35mm bars. There are many aftermarket mounts available.
