I have a Edge 830 and have just bought my wife the same. I did this as I thought I could easily send course to her device via the device transfer. When I tried this neither devices could locate each other. I also tested this on friends devices and neither of the units could pick up other Garmin device. Does any one know how to resolve? Friends 1030 did pick up our Edge 830 intermittently.
