Strava live segments error

strava widget won't allow me to download a starred segment says download stated and within a few seconds says download failed.

is it uphill segment? or downhill (which wont be synced due to safety reason, everything below -0.25%)

for me the downloading of starred segments are working via wifi BUT:

i had to go the connect.garmin.com and switch the segments to strava live segments and press the "get started" , probably after the cyberattack the GC went to default setting (which is the Garmin Segments) and forgot my previous setting( the Strava Segments), maybe You have the same problem
