Can't connect with Oppo Find X2 Neo phone

Dear all,

Today I've purchased the Edge 830 but unfortunately I'm not able to connect it with my phone (Oppo Find X2 Neo).

I've tried everything that is written in the help feature of the Garmin, but still without ant result.

Does anyone have a solution for me so I can connect my phone to the Edge 830 or do I need to bring the Garmin back?

  • What's the error message in Connect if any?

    Is it connected through BT but not to Connect?

    The app Garmin Connect just says that it's unable to connect with the Edge 830 after the installing bar stays for a while at about 1/3.

    I can add the Edge on Bluetooth and I can delete the connection again so there shouldn't be a problem.

    I also tested the connection with my old cell phone (Samsung S8) and here I don't have any problems to connect with the Edge 830. So it's quite sure the problem lies withing the Oppo cell phone...
