Garmin Edge 830 - Used once - Screen Frozen

Purchased new. Went on one ride and had a big blinking Blue arrow covering my Speed and Cadence numbers.

Now it turns on but the screen is frozen.

Can't swipe.

Not working.

What a waste of $400.00

Blue arrow was reminding you to hit the start button to record your ride.

That wasn't it... Need a hard reset because the firmware was crashing...
