Edge 830 cannot pair to phone since latest firmware/connect app

Hi there,

Since a few weeks my Garmin cannot connect to my phone anymore. I'm using the Garmin edge 830 5.50 firmware and the latest Android version of Garmin connect on my OnePlus phone.

I've tried everything I could find, including deleting and reinstalling the app, resetting my garmin, factory reset Garmin... Everything...

It's stuck with pairing and always resulting in cannot pair. The phone itself can detect the Garmin and doesn't give an issue with pairing, it seems to be just the connect app.

Any ideas that I could try?

Been dealing with this issue with my Samsung S8 since I got my Edge 830 in March. I have a case with Garmin Support but still no fix.

I'm getting very impatient!

Same here... Also have a case with support, but nothing...

Very annoying this...
