Edge 830, Strava Live segments doesn't show on Garmin screen

Hi!

I have a Edge 830 were the Strava Live segments doesn't show on Garmin screen.

The Live segments are synced to Garmin and they are all in activated mode.

Still not showing up on the screen when I'm out with my MTB in the woods.

It worked earlier but now I don't get it to work whatever i try.

Can add that I have a Strava subscription if that has any impact.

Please come back with a solution as this is getting really irritating!

    I have the 830 and they still show.

    Just to sense check.....is the 'Segments' option ticked on the profile you're riding? (under Activity Profiles / <profile name> / Segments field?

    Do your segments record on Strava when you get home and it's only live segments that have stopped working?

    Hi! 

    Great and nope the profile didn't have segments checked. 

    Will try later today if that solved the issue. 

    To answer your other question yes the segments are recorded in strava when I get home.

    In over a year with the 830 I don't think I got the unit to display live segments on a MTB ride more than a couple of times no matter how many times I checked that they were sync'd before the ride and set to display. Now that Strava took away the downhill segments you'll likely see them even less. 

    It worked OK on the road but was pretty much a crapshoot as to which segments it would show and which it ignored

    Are you following a course? I don't think segments show if so

    1.  'Segments' option ticked on the profile solved the problem
