Livetrack and emergency contact doesn't work

Hello,

I have a garmin edge 830 and an iphone.

I can't use livetrack and emergency contact. I always have error connection when i go to the live track and emergency menu.

I also can't add a contact from my mobile.

I have everything enable as you can see.

Hope someone can help me.

I gave up on this a year or so ago.. worked so infrequently that it was useless

Livetrack is KO for me since v5.50. We've got to wait till Garmin clear the issue. And it is always very long....

Btw, does Livetrack work for somebody since v5.50 ?

Works perfectly for me even with ios beta software.

As a «new» 830 owner i tried livetrack for the first time today. As it’s currently is rainy season here i live, my wife and i took the car and went thee streets where i normally go cycling. Spot on, Edge on autostart, she received a email after about one minute, and the rest of the trip ( 60Km) she don’t loose me once on her map. Super. Software 5.50 and android.
