I've just received a replacement 830 and I've done the setup and the 5.50 update.
The problem is that I've done a total of 1.090,5 km and 41 activities ( as Garmin connect on the web report correctly) But on the device I see just 33 activities and 950 km.
It also show me on the bike profile 0 km...
On Garmin Express I can't see the new maps update too. It show me just the 2019 ones instead of the 2020...
Any suggestion? I tried to modify the totals.fit file with no success and to delete and re install Garmin Connect...
