Segment screen not loading

My Garmin Edge 830 is not displaying the segment screen when getting to the start point of the segment, the screen "blinks" which makes me think is because it knows I am at the start of the segment, but it doesn't show the segment screen. It does not happen with every segment, just with some of them. The segments have the "Enable Live Feedback" mark on, the activity profile I am using has the "Segments" mark on and the Segment screen activated, and my Garmin has the 5.51 software version. Any help would be apprecitated. Thanks!

For some reason, the segments that are not working show an empty Leaderboard on the Garmin. When riding, I can see the segment on the map, but when I reach the start of the segment it doesn't start, the screen just blinks.

I have the same issue, on the 830 map I can see the segments but the segment screen never shows up.

I think if you load the segment by swapping up from the main screen, and reaching the segment page from there causes the segment to load during an activity. However, it is still not updating the PR, KOM, and other times from Strava.
