Menu "MTB Trail Navigation" not work

Hi,

I have this problem with Trailfork IQ app on new edge 830 (firmware version 5.50):

Every time I access trailfork from the IQ menu or from the item "MTB Trail Navigation" the device ask me to access trailfork and immediately try to unlocks the maps.
This operation ending after about a minute with the message "map is already unlocked " and exiting from menu to home screen.

I already try to factory reset and retry.

does anyone else have the same problem?
